Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Mandatory
    Collecting leads and market information about potential customers through Direct Sales.
  • Nice to Have
    Approaching such customers for Sale and/or Renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts for Elevators and Escalators. Understanding the Customer needs and working out the finances for the project..
  • Education
    Graduate (Science) / Engineer, Post graduate preferred.
  • Important
    Assist the Maintenance team in smooth execution of contract.Ensuring timely and smooth execution of service conditions.Collection of outstanding dues.Sharp Selling Skills Achievement orientation Excellent Communication Skills Time Management.
  • Years of Experience
    4-6.
